In-stock items are inspected and hand-wrapped within 1–3 business days before they ship. Made-to-order pieces take longer and are confirmed with you directly.

Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders over $75, with a flat $7.99 below that. International rates are calculated at checkout.

We email a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our workshop. You can also follow it on our order tracking page.

If the order hasn't shipped, yes - open a support ticket with your order number and the new address, and we'll update it same day. Once a parcel is with the courier we can no longer redirect it.

U.S. orders: never - duties are handled before the parcel reaches you. International orders may be assessed import duties or taxes by your country; these aren't included at checkout and are the recipient's responsibility.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in original condition. The full step-by-step process is on our returns page.

Personalized and made-to-order pieces are crafted just for you and generally cannot be returned - but you approve swatches and photos before production, and if a custom piece arrives damaged or wrong, we remake or refund it in full.

We're sorry! Open a ticket within 7 days with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund, shipping included, both ways on us.

We issue the refund the same day your return passes inspection (2–3 business days after it arrives). Banks then take 5–10 business days to post the funds.

No - U.S. returns travel only to our partner warehouse in New Jersey, which keeps postage reasonable and inspection quick. International customers receive their nearest regional address.

Gently, by hand, in cool water with a mild detergent - never a machine's spin cycle. Press out water without wringing, and dry flat in shade; direct sun fades plant-based dyes over time.

Dry-clean or hand-wash cold with a drop of gentle shampoo, then dry flat. Store folded with a cedar block over summer - moths love pashmina as much as people do.

The first one or two washes may release a little excess dye - wash separately in cool water until the water runs clear. After that, plant-based colors are stable and age into a beautiful softness.

Stuff it lightly with tissue and keep it upright on a shelf, out of direct sun. Never fold a topi flat - the crown crease is very hard to press back out.

Timelines depend on the design and quantity, and are confirmed with you before production begins. As a bearing: single pieces run 2–4 weeks, full wedding sets 10–12, and bulk runs 3–6.
