How long does processing take?
In-stock items are inspected and hand-wrapped within 1–3 business days before they ship. Made-to-order pieces take longer and are confirmed with you directly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship across the United States and to most countries with tracking. See our shipping policy for rates and delivery estimates.
Is shipping free?
Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders over $75, with a flat $7.99 below that. International rates are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
We email a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our workshop. You can also follow it on our order tracking page.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return window?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in original condition. Full details are on our returns page.
Are custom items returnable?
Personalized and made-to-order pieces are crafted just for you and generally cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
My item arrived damaged — what now?
We're sorry! Contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Yes. Our pieces are handwoven and naturally dyed, so small variations in color, weave, and texture are the signature of genuine handmade work — never defects.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page lists measurements where applicable. If you're between sizes or unsure, reach out and we'll gladly advise.
How should I care for my pieces?
Most items are best gently hand-washed or dry-cleaned. Care details are included with your order and on the product page.
